Five Days At Inns v1.0
Isn’t it weird that spending one night in the inn costs 12 Gr., but staying forever only costs 120 Gr.? With this mod, the “forever” option is now limited to 5 days.
Isn’t it strange that spending one night at an inn costs 12 Groshen, but staying forever only costs 120 Groshen?
With this mod, the “forever stay” option is now limited to 5 days.
I could have set the limit to 10 days, but 5 days make the game much more fun and balanced – you’ll need to plan your lodging more carefully.
To keep things fair, the price for a single night has been doubled.
Examples:
– Inns that charged 12 Gr. per night now charge 24 Gr. per night, and 120 Gr. for 5 nights.
– Other places that used to charge 5 Gr. now charge 10 Gr. per night, and 50 Gr. for 5 nights.
Optional versions:
Higher prices:
– Inns: 50 Gr. per night and 250 Gr. for 5 nights.
– Other places: 20 Gr. per night and 100 Gr. for 5 nights.
Lower prices:
– Inns: 6 Gr. per night and 25 Gr. for 5 nights.
– Other places: 3 Gr. per night and 12 Gr. for 5 nights.
Important Notes:
– This mod adds a timer for the “long stay” option (similar to the vanilla one-night timer).
– This timer’s value is saved in your game.
It is safe to install the mod on an existing save, but any beds you’ve already rented will remain permanently rented.
If you uninstall the mod while a bed is still rented with the “long stay” option, that bed will stay rented forever, just like in vanilla.
There will be no way to un-rent it afterward!
I haven’t noticed other bugs or errors during testing. But for caution, a saves backup is reccomended!
Uninstallation:
Before uninstalling, make sure all 5-day rented beds have expired, in this way the timer is off and, it’s safe to remove the mod.
