Pickpocketing Without NPC Reactions v1.0

Pickpocketing Without NPC Reactions v1.0

Pickpocketing Without NPC Reactions v1.0

This mod disables all NPC reactions and consequences related to pickpocketing, while keeping the pickpocket minigame itself fully functional.

During pickpocketing, the NPC you are stealing from or nearby NPCs may notice the theft and accuse you, raising an alarm. This mod allows you to engage in pickpocketing without worrying about the consequences.

Goal: remove NPC negative reactions to pickpocketing and any consequences in this chain.

Main changes:
– Nearby NPCs no longer react to pickpocketing and do not raise an alarm.
– The NPC you are stealing from does not raise an alarm if pickpocketing fails.
– During pocket checks, NPCs do not raise an alarm when they notice that certain items are missing.
– No consequences for pickpocketing, such as panic, alarms, notifying guards, or reputation damage.

Important:
this mod does not affect any other types of theft and does not directly change the vanilla functionality of the “pickpocket” mini-game. Only NPC reactions/consequences during or after the mini-game are affected.

Installation (manual):
